Job Duties:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents by monitoring vital signs, developing and updating resident care plan for completion of treatment goals, reviewing residents’ charts for physician orders, progress notes and physical complaints, and performing other nursing procedures as directed. Because the Arkansas Health Center is a long-term nursing home facility the Registered Nurses generally work 12 hours shifts and rotating schedules.
Arkansas Health Center is a Long Term Care Facility that requires 24-hr coverage & it is imperative to have qualified nurses. This position is for a 3:00pm to 11:00pm House Nurse, Monday through Friday, however, hours may vary at times according to facility needs.
This position works closely with and provides leadership to the C.N.A. and ancillary staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
Long Term Care experience is preferred in order to manage with the skill and expertise that is needed while ensuring compliance is maintained according to OLTC guidelines.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas.
