Special Working Conditions/Preferences: This position is located at the Arkansas Health Center in Benton, AR. This position starts at the Entry Rate of $63,086.00/Annually. This position oversees the entire facility maintenance department and a staff of over thirty employees. Applicants are required to have a current Journeyman's licence in Carpentry, Electrician, Plumbing, etc., 10 years’ supervisory and 5 years' running a maintanence department experience.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required, plus at least three (3) years of experience in one or more skilled trades.
Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series. Promotion to the next classification level is at the discretion of the department and the Office of Personnel Management, taking into consideration the employee’s demonstrated skills, competencies, performance, workload responsibilities, and organizational needs.
