This position is a shared position with the dentist working no more than 20 hours per week.
Special Working Conditions/Preferences: Position is located at the Arkansas Health Center in Benton, AR. Preferred Qualifications will include experience working with nursing home residents either in the community or a nursing home setting. Experience working with patients with psychiatric & behavioral issues. Experience working with patients who have serious medical conditions such as trachs, vents, bed bound residents & those with movement disorders, i.e. Huntington's, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Successful completion of national and state licensing examinations to obtain licensure as a practicing dentist.
Completion of a supervised clinical training program during dental school.
Certification or residency for specialized areas of dentistry, such as orthodontics, oral surgery, or pediatric dentistry.
Demonstrated knowledge of modern dental equipment, techniques, and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with a variety of assorted personnel.
